Lindsay Lohan and lawyer Mark Heller are still trying to plea bargain
in her lying-to-cops case ... and she's still adamant that she doesn't
need rehab.
Both sides are working towards a plea deal in the case, but as of right now, the possibility still exists that any deal could include her going to rehab.
